An integrated kickboxing system that consists of the techniques, training methods, attribute development and ring fighting skills of Western Boxing, North American kickboxing, European kickboxing, Muay Thai and Jun Fan kickboxing. Through the utilization of these systems, skills are developed in footwork and mobility, evasive movement, blocking procedures, punching and kicking, as well as strikes with the elbows and knees. 

Our kickboxing program will provide you with a very intensive cardio vascular workout with benefits in muscular strengthening, toning, and flexibility. Training includes skipping, body conditioning, and footwork training, as well as heavy bag, air shield, Thai pad, and focus mitt work, with ring sparring.
